According to TheDailyPedia, Roan Sia alias Mark Tan, was arrested by the National Bureau of Investigation for allegedly scamming P100 million worth of airtime credits he was collecting through load transfers.
The authorities have recovered several mobile phones used by Sia to deceive people by sending text blasts and encash the prepaid load using telecom's money transfer.
