STORY: ANG TRAINOR

'Twas our product training when I was with ACS. Our trainer was Maya and with her in our class was a guy (I forgot the name) whom we all knew was a newly-hired trainor from outside. He was observing how Maya does her job and maybe to observe how we act inside the class. We have this popular rule: EOP (English Only Policy) in all premises. From time to time, if Maya is not inside the class, we usually speak our Tagalogs and then if she comes back, we gonna zip our tongue from Tagalogs. Maya usually caught us talking in Tagalog so she always reminds us to forget first our Tagalogs. One occasion, 'twas already our "yosi-break" Maya left the class together with our other classmates. But some didn't bother to go outside the training room (including me) and that newly-hired guy was also left inside. We were so relaxed in chatting in our Tagalogs, little we knew that he was listening to our conversations. He then abruptly said, "Are you guys allowed to speak in your Tagalogs? English only guys!" Wow! We were astonished by his words so we stopped from our conversations. Later on, we resumed the class. Maya needs to attend something so she left us with our scavenger work. We were all serious doing our work. (That guy usually sits at the back.) Then suddenly we heard a blaaaaggg inside the class. We were all amazed to see him fallen from the chair. Most probably he was so asleep during that time because our training was on a graveyard shift. Actually we saw him stealing a nap while inside the class. He was also amazed that he saw himself on the floor with the chair destroyed because of the impact. As much as we want to laugh and to burst our joy in seeing him on that situation, but with due respect to him, we refrained from laughing. Maya didn't know what the guy made an exhibition while she was outside. (Ang bilis talaga ng karma).
